With years of experience working in the real estate industry, owner Caitlin Rooney has been able to realize her talents in home staging and redesign. This passion was rooted in her family ties to the industry, with her father being a key component in her interest in the field. Seeing and learning from his creative instinct in home renovation, she fell in love with the idea of working with homeowners and contractors to create an aesthetically pleasing and natural home environment. 

Today, Caitlin works in hundreds of homes every year, collaborating with buyers, sellers, realtors and contractors to suit the needs of her clients. Whether it be a fresh coat of paint, rearranging a space, or total home makeover, Caitlin will work with you to understand your needs, how to achieve them, and develop and review with you a detailed proposal for your home project.
